Shep Gold crafts quirky sing song songs that sound traditional but upon further inspection harbor a certain slant, a knack for bringing a melodic memory grip.
Located in Portland, Oregon he plays all over town as well as at PDX airport delivering sonic salutations to passers by and seated audiences.
Wether it’s playing songs from his own library of original material or being a conduit for classic singer songwriter fare it’s all done with a smile and intense desire to bring the most authentic version to light.
Most recently he released the albums “The Real McCoy” and “Numbers” and the singles “Parakeet“ and “Margaret has a boyfriend”. They are available on all streaming services or you can click the box below and listen and/or purchase on Bandcamp.
In addition to in person performances Shep can be found online playing live music every night of the week 6 pm til 8:30 p.m. PST on Tik Tok.
